Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 126.0 points down at 24340.85 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Shankar Lal Rampal, Akshar Spintex, OCCL Ltd., Zenith Exports and Sheela Foam, touched their fresh 52-week lows.
Overall, 20 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 30 closed in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., Tata Consumer, Hero MotoCorp, Britannia and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers during the day, while Cipla, Shriram Finance, SBI Life, Trent and HDFC Life ended in the red.
