Power Grid
Power Grid Corporation on Monday informed the exchanges about its acquisition of Banaskantha Transco Limited, the Project SPV to establish Augmentation of transformation capacity at Banaskantha (Raghanesda) PS (GIS), on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis from the Bid Process Coordinator — REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL). The project comprises ICT augmentation works at existing Banaskantha (Raghanesda) PS (GIS) in the state of Gujarat.
It has also acquired Kurnool-IV Transmission Limited, the Project SPV to establish transmission system for integration of Kurnool-IV REZ — Phase-I (for 4.5 GW), on BOOT basis from the Bid Process Coordinator – REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL).
