Indian market is expected to trade higher on Thursday, tracking positive global cues.
The Nifty futures closed negative, with losses of 0.21% at 24,487 levels on Wednesday.
On the options front, the maximum Call Open Interest (OI) is placed at the 25,000 strike, followed by the 24,800 strike, while the maximum Put OI is at the 24,000 strike and then the 24,200 strike.
Call writing is seen at the 24,600 strike and then at the 24,500 strike, while Put writing is observed at the 24,200 strike and then at the 24,400 strike.
“Options data suggests a broader trading range between the 24,000 to 24,800 zones, with an immediate range between the 24,200 to 24,600 levels,” said Chandan Taparia, Analyst-Derivatives at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited.
