'Stranger Things: The First Shadow' have released the photographs from rehearsals of the West End stage play. The images of Henry Creel and Dr. Brenner (played by Louis McCartney and Patrick Vaill) in an intense face-to-face standoff and Lonnie Byers sitting with and holding Joyce Maldonado (played by Chase Brown and Isabella Pappas) have been made public.
The production house has partnered with TodayTix to give tickets at a discount. The initiative has been named 'Shadow Seats'. There will be 11 pairs of tickets available for £19.59 per seat for each performance. Some of these discounted tickets will be located in the front row of the stalls.
Shadow seats will not be available on the main booking page, these will be allotted for sale via the lottery on the TodayTix app every Friday beginning on November 3. The first tickets will be drawn on November 6 for preview performances, which begin on November 17.
Talking about the discounted tickets, Producer Sonia Friedman told 'Variety' that she is offering accessibly priced tickets available to all in great locations in the house for every performance. She expressed hope that theatre lovers alongside new audiences would discover the joy and thrill of live theatre.
'Stranger Things: The First Shadow' will be staged at the Phoenix Theater in London's West End.
Kate Trefry wrote the scripts of a play based on an original story co-written with Ross and Matt Duffer and Jack Thorne. Stephen Daldry will direct the play and Justin Martin will co-direct it. The Duffers are the creative producers and 21 Laps Entertainment are the associate producers of the play.
