Sunny Leone looking to switch careers at the age of 42?
In what seems like a bizarre situation, a photo of the ‘Jism 2' actress ended up in an admit card for the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam.
The admit card has the name ‘Sunny Leone’ and the date of the exam on the card is February 17. According to reports, the registration was done Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board’s portal for the position of a constable. The examination centre allotted to the cardholder was Smt Soneshree Memorial Girls College in Kannauj's Tirwa. The college told the media that no one associated with the card appeared for the exam on Saturday.
The admit card, as well as Leone’s picture, has since gone viral on X (formerly Twitter). An X user posted a photo of the admit card on the microblogging site and netizens had a field day, poking fun at the incident. “India is surely not for beginners!’’
According to a Live Hindustan report, the mobile number used in the admit card has been traced to a UP resident who stays in Mahoba. The police has declared the admit card to be a fake, and are in the process of identifying the culprit.
The UP Police Recruitment Exam, which commenced on Saturday, has already been in the news for the wrong reasons. More than 120 people have been arrested across the state for impersonating the candidates as per a PTI report. Additionally, 15 people were arrested for trying to cheat during the exam.
