Suryakumar Yadav, leading the Indian team in the ongoing T20I series against Australia, will continue as captain for the upcoming three-match T20I series against South Africa starting on December 10 in Durban.

The BCCI selection committee also named Jasprit Bumrah as Rohit Sharma's deputy in the two-Test series commencing on December 26 in Centurion, where Rahul will handle wicketkeeping duties.
