winners of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 will claim the largest prize purse in the tournament's history, according to ICC Cricket website.
In this ninth edition, 20 teams will vie for glory over 28 days, spread across nine venues in the West Indies and USA, making it the most expansive event of its kind.

The runners-up will secure a minimum of $1.28 million, while teams exiting in the semi-finals will each pocket $787,500. Those bowing out in the second round will still take home $382,500 apiece, and teams placing ninth to 12th will receive $247,500 each.

For teams ranking from 13th to 20th place, there will be a payout of $225,000 per team. Furthermore, every team will earn an additional $31,154 for each match won, excluding matches in the semi-finals and finals.
