According to the latest shareholding pattern of Talbros Automotive Components, Dolly Khanna increased her stake in the company by 0.47% during the June 2023 quarter. 165 crores over the course of five years have been received from a reputable and well-known export OEM (the expected SOP for these goods is FY25). This purchase was made via the Joint Venture, Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems Pvt. Ltd.
The company also received orders for forgings products from export customers for more than 50 crores during a five-year period, including those for Planetary Gear, Brake Pistone, Spacer, Ring Gear, and many more. Received orders for the heat shield products worth Rs. 65 crores from several domestic OEMs for more than 5 years.
These orders cover various cutting-edge heat shield technologies. Throughout a five-year period, the company has received orders for its gasket products totaling 120 crores of rupees from both domestic and international OEM clients. Among them is a 40 crore rupee order for electric vehicles from a renowned international OEM.
