Tata Elxsi shares drop 2.41% as Sensex falls
Tata Elxsi Ltd. traded 2.41 per cent lower in Tuesday's session at 11:56AM (IST). The stock opened at Rs 6999.9 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 6999.9 and Rs 6765.0, respectively, during the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 9191.1 and a 52-week low of 6765.0. About 21,230 shares changed hands on the counter so far.
Benchmark Nifty50 was down 1237.21 points at 22026.7, while the BSE Sensex traded 3748.36 points lower at 72720.42 at the time of writing of this report.

Key Financials For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 939.63 crore, down 1.0 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 949.16 crore and down 8.8 per cent from the year-ago quarter. The company reported net profit of Rs 196.93 crore for the latest quarter.
Promoter Holdings Promoters held 43.92 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2024, while FIIs held 14.55 per cent and MFs 1.81 per cent.
Technicals On the technical charts, the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) of the stock stood at Rs 7734.92 on June 04, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 7389.22. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward. On the other hand, if the stock trades well below 50-DMA and 200-DMA both, it is considered as bearish trend and if trades between these averages, then it suggests the stock can go either way.
