Previous Elections and Current Scenario:
In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Telangana played a crucial role as one of the opening states. With little change in the state's political landscape over the past five years, it is likely to retain this significance in the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, tentatively scheduled for April. The official confirmation will be provided following the Election Commission of India's (ECI) announcement of election dates.
Telangana Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Phases
Typically, General Elections in Telangana are conducted in a single phase due to the state's relatively small number of seats. The ECI is likely to opt for a single-phase election once again in the 2024 General Elections.
