In light of its underperformance, Warner Bros. has decided to release the film on digital platforms only two weeks after its theatrical debut.
The film will be available on platforms like Prime Video and Apple TV+ starting December 27, 2024, just after Christmas, as mentioned in the report by Collider.
Although The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim was shown in over 2,600 theaters this past weekend, its earnings were disappointingly low.
