In a stock exchange notice today (22 April), TENT said it had entered into an agreement in March 2022 to provide a debt facility to a subsidiary of Virmati Energy (trading as Field). The facility amounted to £37m and was given to allow the company to build a portfolio of «four geographically diverse» battery energy storage system (BESS) assets in the UK, the trust said.
