Tube Investments shares drop 6.62% as Sensex rises
Tube Investments of India Ltd. traded 6.62 per cent lower in Thursday's session at 02:09PM (IST). The stock opened at Rs 3694.9 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 3694.9 and Rs 3437.75, respectively, during the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 3836.1 and a 52-week low of 2375.05. About 35,301 shares changed hands on the counter so far.
Benchmark Nifty50 was up 3.1 points at 19814.95, while the BSE Sensex traded 42.79 points higher at 66066.03 at the time of writing of this report.
In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks traded the day in the green, while 25 were in the red.
Key Financials For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 3946.14 crore, up 3.21 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 3823.42 crore and up 3.23 per cent from the year-ago quarter. The company reported net profit of Rs 214.97 crore for the latest quarter.
Promoter Holdings Promoters held 46.11 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2023, while FIIs held 30.42 per cent and MFs 9.14 per cent.
Technicals On the technical charts, the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) of the stock stood at Rs 2901.84 on November 23, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 3133.42. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward.
