Two wheeler maker, TVS has shared a new teaser, which most are expecting to be of its upcoming electric scooter, the TVS Creon. The teaser gives a glimpse of the vertical headlight of the upcoming e-scooter. The teaser comes days before its expected release; TVS reportedly will launch Creon on August 23.
TVS first showcased a concept version of Creon at the 2018 Auto Expo. Many are now expecting it to be the electric version of the TVS Ntorq 125, which could be named Entorq. TVS' current electric scooter line up consists of the iQube, which has a conventional design.
The Creon, on the other hand, is expected to have a sporty design to rival the likes of the Ather 450X, Simple One, and the Ola S1 Pro. TVS has still kept much of the details of the upcoming Creon under wraps, so nothing much about its specification is known right now. This is the second time that TVS has released a teaser for its upcoming Creon.
At that time, too, the two wheeler maker did not reveal its specifications. TVS is also expected to reveal its price and availability details during the launch on August 23. Meanwhile, TVS' rival Ather launched its 450S electric scooter today.
The scooter, which has base price of Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom), offers a range of up to 115 km. The Ather 450S is the most affordable, entry-level model in the company's portfolio. It is equipped with a 3 kWh battery pack offering an IDC-certified range of 115 km on a single charge.
