Baring began working Walker Crips as investment director in 2012, joining the firm from Savoy Investment Management, where he spent more than a decade.

He began has career as a stockbroker at Raphael Zorn Hemsley in 1983, which was incorporated as Numis, where he worked until his move to Savoy IM in 2000.
Harvey has spent more than six years with Walker Crips as an investment director, beginning his career as an equity research assistant at HSBC, before taking on a role as investment assistant at Société Générale.
In 2003, he joined Savoy IM as an investment manager, which was in turn acquired by Ashcourt Rowan, then Towry, then Tilney Bestinvest. He held the same position for more than a decade across these businesses.
