USCIS has completed random selection of applicants for H-1B visa, a statement released by them said. On July 29, USCIS had announced a second round of random lottery selection for H-1B visas for the fiscal 2024 (year ended September 30, 2024). «We now have randomly selected, from the remaining FY 2024 registrations properly submitted, a sufficient number of registrations projected as needed to reach the cap, and have notified all prospective petitioners with selected registrations from this round of selection that they are eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registration,» the statement said.
