Digital technology services firm, AccelerateBS India's SME IPO that commenced for public subscription on Thursday, July 6, and will conclude on Tuesday, July 11. In its initial public offering, the company is selling shares for a set price of ₹90 each. The AccelerateBS IPO comprises the sale of 6.32 lakh shares, bringing the issue size to a maximum of 5.69 crore.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 188,800 shares worth up to ₹1.70 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 443,200 shares worth up to ₹3.99 crore. The SME initial public offering (IPO) of AccelerateBS India Ltd was subscribed 3.93 times on day 2, and 1.59 times on day 1. SME IPO Drone Destination Ltd began accepting subscriptions on Friday, July 7, and it will stay up for bidding through Thursday, July 13.
The company has set the IPO's price band at ₹62 to ₹65 per equity share. With its public offering, the country's drone service provider hopes to generate ₹44.20 crore. The IPO is is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to 68 lakh equity shares of face value of ₹10 each.
There is no offer for sale (OFS) component. 15% of the offer is set aside for non-institutional investors, 50% is allocated to qualified institutional buyers, and the remaining 35% is allocated to retail investors.On Friday, July 14, the final allocation will take place. The SME IPO of Drone Destination Ltd was subscribed 9.16 times on day 1.
