Varun Beverages shares drop 0.49% as Sensex falls

Varun Beverages Ltd. traded at Rs 914.55 on BSE at 10:35AM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.49 per cent.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 481.67 and a high of Rs 941.6.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 63.43 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 14.46 per share and 16.84 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 15,375 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:35AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 119169.79 crore and is part of the FMCG Food & Beverages industry.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 71.65 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 13.16 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 929.1 and Rs 906.15.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 63.62 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2023.

FII and MF ownership in Varun Beverages Ltd. stood at 26.71 per cent and 2.37 per cent, respectively.
