Lewis succeeds Will Fraser-Allen of Albion Capital
Lewis is currently chief financial and operating officer at Pembroke VCT, which manages £200m in VCT assets in a portfolio of more than 40 growth-stage companies.
Lewis brings 25 years' experience and, prior to joining Pembroke in 2019, held roles at Downing, KPMG and EY.

He succeeds Will Fraser-Allen of Albion Capital, who said: «I am pleased to welcome Chris as chair. The VCTA represents 12 of the largest VCT managers in the UK, comprising 90% of the sector and holding more than £5.5bn in funds under management.
