Verona Kenny, head of intermediary and managing director, will leave at the end of the first quarter of 2024, after more than a decade at the company.
Justham will be promoted to managing director of intermediary solutions, while Lancaster will join as managing director of platform and intermediary partnerships.
Lancaster has more than 22 years of experience in the industry, having served in senior roles at Fidelity and Cofunds.

Justham has been at 7IM for eleven years, most recently leading the London and Southeast intermediary business over the last four years.
