Volvo brings XC40 Recharge single motor variant to India at Rs 54.95 lakh
The XC40 Recharge single motor is manufactured at the Volvo facility in Hosakote, Bengaluru. Pre-booking for the car has already begun, and customers can reserve their vehicle at their nearest Volvo Car India business partner.
According to the company, the pricing of the car has been strategically set to expand its customer base.
The XC40 Recharge Single Motor Variant boasts a range of 475 km (WLTP standards) and 592 km (ICAT testing conditions) on a single charge, giving drivers the confidence to explore. With a power output of 238hp and a torque of 420Nm, the XC40 Recharge accelerates from 0 to 100 km/hr in just 7.3 seconds, providing exhilarating performance while prioritizing sustainability, as stated in the company's media release.
Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director of Volvo Car India, expressed his delight in introducing this new variant and emphasized Volvo's dedication to offering Indian customers a fusion of performance, sustainability, and convenience.
