Ram Lalla idol with full dress and ornaments has been released at the Shri Ram Janmaboomi Temple in Ayodhya. The first look of the 51-inch idol was revealed to the world after PM Modi completes the ceremony inside the Ram Mandir. The idol has been sculpted by Karnataka's Arun Yogiraj portraying Ram Lalla as a five-year-old. The idol was selected over two others since it captured innocence, divinity, androyalty at the finest, the Trust authorities said.

View Details»The visuals was released while PM Narendra Modi completing the pran pratishthan ceremony in Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, designated the chief yajman by the temple trust, led the rituals and unveiled the beautiful Ram Lalla idol adorned in gold and yellow.
Dressed in a golden kurta with a cream-coloured dhoti and patka, the prime minister walked into the sanctum sanctorum of the temple holding a silver umbrella on a folded red dupatta. Modi took part in the elaborate 'pran pratishtha' rituals in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.
The day unfolds with auspicious ceremonies, public engagements, and a meticulously organised schedule, emphasising the spiritual and cultural significance of this historic occasion.
«The consecration of idol of Ram Lalla at Ayodhya is an extraordinary and emotional moment,» the Prime Minister said after leading the rituals.
