Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have yet to sell it.
The couple, who are currently going through a divorce, paid $60.8 million for the house in May 2023, but they are now asking $68 million for it because of renovations. Before completing their divorce, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were also meditating on their asset distribution with a leading divorce attorney, as quoted in a report by the Blast.
Jason Oppenheim, a well-known real estate broker and the star of ‘Selling Sunset,’ recently said that Affleck and Lopez shouldn't be too concerned about the length of time it has taken to sell their mansion because it usually takes at least six months for such large properties to find a buyer.

It would have been surprising for the house to sell in less than 100 days, he said in an interview, adding that most homes of this magnitude are on the market for six months, and in many cases significantly longer, according to a report by the Blast.
