Wipro Q2 Results: Net profit rises just 0.7% YoY to Rs 2,667 crore

Wipro on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,667.3 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, which was up 0.70% year-on-year (YoY).
The IT major's profit stood at Rs 2,649.10 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
The consolidated revenue from operations for the said quarter stood at Rs 22,515.90 crore which was up by just 0.10% versus Rs 22,539.70 crore reported by the company in the year-ago period.
Wipro's Q2 profit and revenue missed ET NOW poll estimates of Rs 2,800 crore and Rs 22,810 crore, respectively.
