Over the same period, the company’s top line has increased at a CAGR of just over 150%, enabling full-year profitability in FY23. “We aim to become one of the leading pan-India players, promoting profitable growth, with a targeted overall portfolio of six million square feet by FY 2028 across Tier 1 and select Tier 2 cities,” he said.
