27 March 2024 – XCAD Network, a tokenisation platform for YouTubers that allows them to reward their viewers with tokens, today announced that it entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ministry of Education to support Web3 education in the country.
The collaboration will see XCAD Network utilise its blockchain-powered platform to distribute and incentivise the consumption of educational media.
Pursuant to the MOU, XCAD Network agreed to distribute pre-approved and curated educational content to the target citizens and incentivise viewers through tokens. Learners can earn tokens by consuming educational content, advancing in their learning, and providing feedback.
The goal is incentivise learners and maximise the retention of knowledge and quality of learning through interactive quizzes delivered on the platform. The focus areas for the joint initiative include blockchain and the Web3 world. However, plans are in place to introduce other subjects desired by the government, such as financial literacy.
XCAD Network’s vision has always been to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, bringing new users into the Web3 Space. This partnership delivers on its promise of accelerating web3 adoption, in the form of education.
