This act commemorated a famous victory message his twin brother, Capt Vikram Batra, delivered 25 years ago after capturing Tiger Hill during the Kargil War. Capt Batra, a posthumous Param Vir Chakra winner, became a national hero, and Vishal wanted to recreate the moment to feel his brother's spirit at the same barren terrain that witnessed so much bravery.
