Coldplay touring India has left fans excited and frustrated. While fans of the rock icons are beside themselves with joy as they will be performing in India after a gap of nine years, many Coldplay enthusiasts have been left bereft as concert tickets have been selling out like hotcakes. Among the mad rush to grab tickets, one YouTuber has invited the ire of the fandom.
A YouTuber named Lakshay Chaudhary left Coldplay fans furious as he announced that he has four prime tickets for the concert, which he has no intention of selling. He also added that he won’t be attending the concert. “IDGAF about Coldplay concert. I am neither their fan nor do I want to attend the event, he wrote after sharing a screenshot of the tickets on his Instagram Story.
“Still managed to get four tickets. Life is unfair, bro. Na tickets dunga, na jaunga [Neither I will give tickets, nor I will go]. “Lage raho queue mein [Keep waiting in the queue],” he further added.
This sparked an outrage among fans who couldn’t even begin to comprehend how one can be so selfish and thoughtless to gain views. “Such people don’t deserve anything. He posted another story where he said life is unfair and people need to move on, so why the hell was he even in the queue?” tweeted a furious X user.
Another bemoaned, “I refuse to believe these people are mentally okay because why would you block actual Coldplay fans from going to their concert?”
