In a message to shareholders, CEO Deepinder Goyal confirmed that the board had approved the name change. As part of the transition, the corporate website will shift from zomato.com to eternal.com, and the stock ticker will also be updated to reflect the new identity. The company’s four key businesses—Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure—will now operate under the «Eternal» umbrella.
