From Taylor Swift to George Clooney, Bruce Springsteen to Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts to Jennifer Garner, the boldfaced names have declared their support for presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The California-born VP has long had a lot of friends in Hollywood. While actor Jennifer Garner addressed a crowd of «Moms for Harris» gathered at a tearoom in Tucson, Arizona, Julia Roberts visited her home state of Georgia and was introduced by former state Representative Stacey Abrams, reported Reuters. Republicans and Democrats are both preparing for long legal battles over the 2024 election results
Donald Trump, who still refuses to accept that he lost the 2020 election to Democrat Joe Biden, says he wants a presidential victory Nov. 5 to be so overwhelming that the results are «too big to rig.» «We want a landslide,» he recently told supporters in Georgia. «We can't let anything happen.» No matter the margins, Republicans and Democrats are preparing for a potentially lengthy battle over the results once they come in. Dozens of lawsuits that could set the stage for challenges after the votes are counted are already playing out in courts across the country. Most have been filed by Republicans and their allies. Many of the cases involve challenges to mail-in balloting, ballots from overseas voters and claims of voting by people who are not U.S citizens.

For starters, the battleground states have now become extremely important for both candidates to get an upper hand in the polls. Kamala Harris gets major boost in US election 2024 against Donald Trump. Details here
Kamala Harris and her campaign is actually celebrating a latest ruling by a Georgia judge who has temporarily blocked a very new rule which required election officials to hand count ballots following machine tabulation of votes, reported Fox News. Actually, the rule was all set to take effect on and from October 22 and made a mandate that there will be three county election officials who will manually count ballots at each polling place which eventually raised concerns about potential delays and voter uncertainties, as per a report. According to Fox News, a joint statement was issued on behalf of Georgia Democratic Party Chair Rep. Nikema Williams, DNC acting Co-Executive Director Monica Guardiola and Harris- Walz Deputy Campaign Manager Quentin Fulks criticizing the rule claiming it as an attempt to undermine confidence in the electoral process. October boost for Donald Trump: Flurry of polls give the ex-President edge in U.S elections
Donald Trump as a wave of polls gives him the advantage. A set of surveys released on Tuesday indicate that, in the lead-up to November's election, Donald Trump has gained a modest advantage in many important battleground states. Donald Trump leads Kamala Harris in a number of polls in the key swing states of Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Georgia. Based on polling data, it appears like Harris and Trump are virtually tied as the last month of campaigning before Election Day approaches. According to a Tuesday analysis of recent polling by seasoned analyst Nate Silver, Harris led by 3.4 points, but the Electoral College system would only give her a 55% chance of winning in the end.
