NFTs creator Yuga Labs joins crypto sector layoffs spree amid challenges
CEO Daniel Alegre informed employees about the changes, stating that his six-month tenure at the company revealed the need for streamlining. “I realized very quickly that there were a number of projects that, while well-intentioned, either spread the team too thin or required execution expertise beyond our core competencies," said Alegre in the email, which was published online by Yuga. As per the agency report, a Yuga spokesperson chose not to disclose the exact number of affected employees.

Julia Fox talks about relationship with Kanye West in 'Down The Drain'. Know about her memoir
Julia Fox has talked candidly about her brief fling with rapper Kanye West in her book 'Down The Drain'. The 336-page book is largely a chronological account of Fox’s life, but it is harrowing, achingly sad at times, and a narcotics-soaked shock to the system. By the end of the memoir, the reader is amazed that Julia Fox survived so many overdoses of heroin, brutal frights, and broken relationships to tell the tale.

Beyoncé Renaissance tour: Taraji P. Henson makes shocking claims about singer's outfit
Taraji P. Henson had prepared her entire outfit for Beyoncé's Renaissance tour, but the singer unexpectedly changed her plans. During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week, the Empire star revealed her sparkly outfit, inspired by a ninja with intricate silver chain detailing, which she had shared on Instagram. Henson pointed out that upon receiving the outfit, she found its quality to be subpar and contemplated discarding it, but ultimately decided against it. Meanwhile, a documentary chronicling Beyoncé's just-concluded 39-city Renaissance World Tour will premiere in North American theaters December 1, AMC Theaters announced last week. The film adds a second blockbuster from a music superstar to a fall slate of movies that's been slightly thinned out by the ongoing screen actors' strike.

U2 alters 'Pride' lyrics to pay tribute to Israeli Festival massacre victims. Details here
Israeli festival. The band dedicated the song to those who perished, referring to them as the «stars of David.» Bono, the band's lead singer, urged the crowd to sing for the music-loving souls who were enjoying the Supernova Sukkot festival in Israel. He emphasized their shared love for music and their playful, experimental nature, addressing them as «our kind of people.» He acknowledged the ongoing conflict in Israel and Gaza, recognizing the seeming incongruity of singing a song about non-violence. He stressed that their prayers had always been for peace and non-violence. He also expressed their sorrow and anger over the tragic event. Bono adapted the lyrics of «Pride,» replacing the reference to Martin Luther King Jr.'s death with a mention of the Israeli massacre. He sang, «Early morning, October 7, the sun is rising in the desert sky. Stars of David, they took your life but they could not take your pride,» before leading into the chorus. The attack at the Supernova festival, near the Gaza Strip border, involved rocket attacks, gunfire and sniper shots by terrorists. The aftermath saw over 260 bodies recovered by rescue agency Zaka, with more still unaccounted for, among the 3,500 concert attendees. The performance of «Pride» was part of a setlist shift during U2's Sphere show, featuring songs from various stages of their career. It followed «I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For» and preceded «MLK,» another song inspired by Martin Luther King Jr., in a poignant tribute to the festival's victims.
