Democrats that Joe Biden’s presidential nomination may only lead to a massive defeat of the party in the upcoming presidential election in November. While it was earlier clear among the Democrats that Vice-President Kamala Harris is the best candidate to replace Biden on the ballot box, there are doubts being cast now. Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has sounded a warning that Democrats who are seeking Biden’s ouster also want Harris to leave. The Congresswomen representing the state of New York made these comments on Friday in an Instagram live session. She even pointed out that Biden had secured a grand victory during the party’s primaries and this transition to Harris may be difficult.

It said the dispute raised by Krish being one of quantum and not of liability, prima facie, felt within the scope of the arbitration agreement and the dispute regarding 'accord and satisfaction' as raised by the insurance company can be decided by the arbitral tribunal as a preliminary issue.
