Supreme Court on Tuesday referred to a seven-judge bench the issue of reconsidering the correctness of a verdict delivered by a five-judge bench which had said that unstamped arbitration agreements are not enforceable in law. ICRA expects India’s exports of cut and polished diamonds (CPDs) to fall by 22% to $17.2 billion in FY2024, amid weakened demand from the key consuming nations.
