Nuclear secrets for ballistic missiles? UK, US express growing concerns over rumoured Iran-Russia nuclear agreement
nuclear technology with Iran in return for ballistic missiles. These missiles, believed to be used in Russia’s ongoing war with Ukraine, have prompted fears of a growing nuclear threat. Both leaders acknowledged the deepening military cooperation between Moscow and Tehran during their discussions, which also covered the war in Ukraine, the Middle East crisis, and competition with China. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, speaking earlier in London, warned, “For its part, Russia is sharing technology that Iran seeks – this is a two-way street – including on nuclear issues as well as some space information,” suggesting that Russia and Iran are engaged in destabilizing activities with global implications.

Siddaramaiah writes to CMs of 8 states on unfair devolution of taxes by Centre
Siddaramaiah on Wednesday said he has written to the Chief Ministers of eight states regarding the «unfair» devolution of taxes by the Union government, and has invited them to a conclave in Bengaluru to collectively deliberate on the issues of «fiscal federalism». He said he has written to the Chief Ministers of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, and Punjab. «States with higher GSDP (Gross State Domestic Product) per capita, like Karnataka and others, are being penalised for their economic performance, receiving disproportionately lower tax allocations. This unjust approach undermines the spirit of cooperative federalism and threatens the financial autonomy of progressive states,» he said in a post on 'X' with "#OurTaxOurRight" hashtag. «I have invited them to a conclave in Bengaluru to collectively deliberate on the issues of fiscal federalism at a juncture when the Finance Commission needs to make a directional shift & create incentives for growth and better tax mobilisation,» he said.

Among Top 10 hits on Netflix, is this Bradley Cooper movie worth streaming?
Netflix are distant from a perfect way to measure what one should watch, but sometimes an interesting title appears there, even if its first release is forgotten. Cameron Crowe’s Aloha is currently experiencing exactly that phase. If you’re interested about the movie, you might want to know a little details more about it before you decide to give it a watch.
