Head out of a car window
sensation of wind tousling your hair as you put your head out of a moving car window. It's both liberating and exhilarating, a concoction of the senses that begins with the gurgling gust of high-fiving air. As you accelerate, the wind intensifies, transforming from a gentle whisper to a roaring tempest. It's a wild dance, a playful game between you and the elements. Your hair, caught in the happy jet stream, becomes a flag of freedom, waving wildly in the rhythm of the ride. The wind carries the world outside — of the highway, the air, the trees and fields, even the sky. Each breath you take in is an exploration, a journey into the heart of the rapid landscape you're traversing.

Homemaker from Assam clears class X exam alongside daughter after 16 years
Assam cleared the Class X state board examination alongside her teenage daughter. This achievement comes 16 years after Mazia Khatun of Silamari village in Biswanath district had to abandon her studies due to marriage. Mazia and her 16-year-old daughter, Afsana, both enrolled at the local FA Ahmed High School, earning second-division results. According to a TOI report, Mazia secured 49% marks while her daughter Afsana achieved 52%, a testament to the mother's resolve to complete her education. Despite her earlier ambition to appear for the Class X board exams, marriage in 2006 forced Mazia to give up on her dreams. After her marriage, she became an Anganwadi worker, where her colleagues mostly had a matriculation qualification. The journey back to education was not easy, but Mazia's focus was on proving to herself and her family that she could pass the exam. She said, «I just wanted to prove that I have the talent to pass Class X at least.» Her main motivation, however, was to encourage her children to pursue higher education. «I don't want to study further; I just want my children to complete their education,» Mazia added. Reflecting on her experience, she noted, «I was one of seven brothers and sisters. My family found a suitable groom for me, and I got married in 2006. But I hope in future, parents will wait at least till their children complete their education.»

Ashwini Ponnappa is 34, and Tanisha Crasto is 20. With an age difference of over 13 years, many had expressed scepticism when they decided to team up last year. The fact that they duly overcame the challenge to earn the chance of representing India at the Paris Olympics in women’s doubles still gives Tanisha “goosebumps”. But before moving forward, let’s see where and how it all began.
