(Reuters) — Micron Technology (NASDAQ:MU)'s first-quarter loss forecast has triggered concerns of a sluggish recovery in the memory chip maker's end-markets such as data centers, sending its shares down about 5% in premarket trading on Thursday.

Stock market today: Delta Corp shares have been in downtrend since Government of India (GoI) raised GST on casino industry to 28 per cent. However, the comapany had to further witness rubbing of salt on its wounds when it was slapped GST notice for tax repayment to the tune of ₹1140 crore.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. slipped 1.72 per cent to Rs 257.05 in Thursday's trade. It hit a high of Rs 263.5 and low of Rs 255.8 during the session.

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. traded 1.13 per cent down at Rs 566.65 on Thursday at around 10:51AM (IST), while the benchmark BSE Sensex declined 30.91 points to 66087.78. As many as 2,998 shares changed hands on the counter with a total value of Rs 0.18 crore.

Investing.com — U.S. futures rose Wednesday, rebounding after the previous session’s selloff with investors awaiting developments on a U.S. funding bill as well as future Federal Reserve's monetary policy.

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. slipped 0.29 per cent to Rs 2397.4 in Wednesday's trade as of 12:33PM (IST). It hit a high of Rs 2411.5 and low of Rs 2384.55 during the session.

Marico Ltd. traded 0.01 per cent down at Rs 583.2 on Wednesday at around 12:07PM (IST), while the benchmark BSE Sensex declined 78.96 points to 65866.51. As many as 305,536 shares changed hands on the counter with a total value of Rs 17.78 crore.

New Delhi: India's export of cut and polished diamonds is projected to decline by 22 per cent to USD 17.2 billion in the current fiscal due to weakened demand from the key consuming nations, according to rating agency Icra. In the first five months of the current fiscal, cut and polished diamond exports witnessed a sharp year-on-year decline of 31 per cent following lower export volumes and higher polished diamond prices, it said.

The price of tomatoes in Maharashtra has plummeted from around Rs 200 per kilogram just a month ago to as low as Rs 3-5 per kilogram, leaving tomato growers in the state grappling with significant losses and few options. This sudden decline in prices was triggered by an unexpectedly high tomato yield, catching everyone involved in the sector off guard,, the Times of India has reported today. As per the report, many farmers are either abandoning their tomato crops or are destroying their produce, as they cannot even recover half of their investment.

Strides Pharma Science fell over 3% to Rs 518 in Tuesday's trade on BSE after the company announced plans to spin off its CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation) and soft gelatin businesses into a new entity, OneSource. The company intends to «build a one-of-a-kind specialty pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing powerhouse with capabilities in biologics, oral soft gels, complex injectables, sterile injectables, and other complex drug delivery systems», according to an exchange filing. Strides Pharma shareholders will get one share of OneSource with a face value of Re 1 apiece for every two shares of face value Rs 10 each held in Strides Pharma. There is no cash consideration involved.

Agent Andrea Giusti said in an email that Loren fell in a bathroom on Sunday and the surgery was performed later that day. The operation “went very well and now we only need to wait,” Giusti said.
