U.S. elections: Fox News poll shows Kamala Harris ahead of Trump by 2 percentage points
Donald Trump by two percentage points, according to a recent nationwide poll conducted by Fox News. According to the survey, registered voters' opinions of the presidential candidates for 2024 have changed by three points since August. Trump was ahead by one point the previous month, but Harris is currently ahead by two points. In the Fox survey, the Democratic candidate had a 50% favorability rating while her opponent had 48% of the vote. 72% of Trump's followers say they approve of his record and policies. Nearly 20% of respondents claim to simply dislike Harris. Supporters of Harris are somewhat more divided: 42% of them support her because they appreciate her record and policies, 24% because they think she is a good person, and 33% because they detest Trump. The latest survey is the result of several incidents that might have given Harris more backing. August saw the Democratic National Convention. Kennedy's name was taken off of several ballots around the nation when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. withdrew from the presidential contest and announced his support for Donald Trump. Politicians like former Representative Liz Cheney and Vice President Dick Cheney's daughter, as well as celebrities like Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift, have endorsed Harris. There seems to have been another attempt on Trump's life. Based on Fox polls, the largest shifts are coming from independent and Hispanic voters. Independent voters preferred Trump by eight points in August. Harris is currently in the lead by 12 points.

U.S Presidential debate: Were ABC News moderators biased against Trump? Sen Tom Cotton raises questions after new video surfaces
Senator Tom Cotton, following various eminent political personalities who already criticized the US Presidential Debate, has also raised questions about certain claims made by Vice President Kamala Harris during the debate, which were eventually found out to be not valid. According to Fox News, when Kamala Harris made a claim about absence of US Military in the war or combat zones which is a proven lie, she was not at all stopped or fact checked by the US Presidential Debate moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis. Senator Tom Cotton further asserted that as former President Donald Trump was constantly stopped during his speeches and was being fact-checked by the moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis, whereas Kamala Harris was not even fact-checked once in spite of making false claims about the military whatsoever proves that the US Presidential Debate was utterly biased, reported Fox News. Trump is still in danger, according to experts following the second assassination attempt
Over the course of about two months, there have been two known attempts on the life of the former president Donald Trump, and experts told Fox News Digital that he may still be at risk of more. This is not the final effort that will be made. They will not stop pursuing him, said Gene Petrino, a 26-year veteran of Florida's Plantation Police Department and an authority on active shooter situations, in a Fox News Digital interview on Tuesday. Other people are going to see it that way, and the only responsible thing to do is now increase even more his security footprint. Suspect Ryan Routh allegedly pointed a rifle towards the 45th president on Sunday just outside the club's perimeter, but Trump was safely escorted from the green at his West Palm Beach, Florida, golf club. Routh ran away from the scene but was caught on I-95 shortly after. Also Read :When is the next Federal Reserve meeting? Will rates be slashed further, here's all you need to know
