polling data shows surprising results for Kamala Harris and Donald Trump in key battleground states.
In Pennsylvania, which carries 19 electoral votes and supported the Democrats in 2020, Kamala Harris is ahead of Donald Trump with a 51% to 45% vote share difference. This data was released by Quinnipiac University. Last month, Harris had a smaller lead of three points.
In Michigan, which has 15 electoral votes, the survey indicates Harris leading Trump 50% to 45%.
In Wisconsin, Harris holds a slight edge with 48% support compared to Trump's 47% and 1% for Stein. Wisconsin has 10 electoral votes.
All these states voted blue in the last election, and the trend appears to be continuing. “Three crucial swing states wave a red flag at the Trump campaign,” Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy said in a statement.
