personal happiness, one Bengaluru man has taken a bold step towards reclaiming his life. Parantap Chowdhury, a 32-year-old former Assistant Vice President at Square Yards, decided that earning Rs 54 lakh a year wasn’t enough if it meant sacrificing his health, relationships, and peace of mind. So, he quit. After spending seven years working grueling hours at startups like BYJU’s and Square Yards, Chowdhury came to a powerful realization: he was living to work, not working to live. His impressive corporate job had him managing a sales team of over 250 people and training more than 5,000 sales executives. But the demands were steep—often consuming more than 70 hours a week, leaving no room for personal growth, relaxation, or time with family. Six months ago, he decided to hit pause on this relentless race. «I quit the race to have a life, spend time with the people I love, and build a business that is remote, digital, and profitable,» Chowdhury revealed in a LinkedIn post that resonated with many. While he could have continued to earn nearly Rs 10 lakh every three months, the toll on his personal life simply wasn’t worth it.

Man Progressive Divinity Pride Befriend Humility
Humility means the state of being humble. 'If the world gives you lemons, then make lemonade,' goes the saying. Humility is a sign of greatness. The Bhagwad Gita lists humility as a laudable virtue that is integral to knowledge. Humility is not making yourself small and insignificant. It develops inner strength and stamina. It also develops a feeling of gratitude for what we have been given. It is the storehouse of all other virtues and it is, therefore, extolled as the wealth of divine grace. Truly, humility flowers when we are ready to appreciate other people's efforts and not hinder the progress of others. Buddha was walking with his disciples. A man came and started abusing Buddha because his brother had become Buddha's follower. Buddha calmly sat looking at the man. After some time, the man stopped. So, Buddha asked, 'Have you finished talking?' He said, 'No,' and continued abusing. Again, after some time, the man stopped. Buddha asked, 'Have you finished talking?' The man said angrily, 'Yes. What do you have to say?' Buddha replied, 'If I gift you something and you don't take it, with whom does the gift stay?' The man said, 'with you'. Buddha smilingly responded, 'Dear sir, I do not accept your gift.'

How To Become Famous, to become successful, “some people… need to get attached, to the… mood of the nation." Salim-Javed did that with their angry young man. As the actor Sharat Saxena recalls: “It was the 70s… The anger and the fire that burned inside this hero was the same fire that raged within every young man." This is where the documentary peaks on this concept and then moves on. However, Akhtar offers this disclaimer: “We were unaware of all this while writing." A nice segue could have explained how the term ‘angry young man’ emerged.

UPS Man Sustainability Experts show reports How one Japanese man survived on just 30 minutes of sleep a day for 12 years
Daisuke Hori, a 40-year-old entrepreneur from Hyogo prefecture, has adhered to a sleep routine of just 30 minutes per day for the past 12 years in an effort to «double» his life. Hori claims to have trained his body and brain to function normally on minimal sleep, significantly improving his work efficiency. On average, the human body requires around 6-8 hours of sleep for optimal health, with insufficient sleep negatively impacting mood and daily functioning. Experts agree that consistently getting 6-8 hours of sleep can enhance mood, cognitive function, and overall health. However, Daisuke Hori's sleep regimen challenges this notion. His sleep routine and its purported benefits were reported by the South China Morning Post. Mr. Hori stated, «As long as you exercise or drink coffee an hour before eating, you can stave off drowsiness.» He believes that high-quality sleep is more important for maintaining focus, especially for individuals who require sustained concentration in their work. According to him, doctors and firefighters benefit from high-quality sleep despite having shorter rest periods. «People who require sustained concentration in their work benefit more from high-quality sleep than from long sleep. For example, doctors and firefighters have shorter rest periods but maintain high efficiency,» he explained.
