Rajasthan government might cancel the 2021 sub-inspector recruitment exam after it was revealed that there was a widespread paper leak, which has also led to 66 arrests so far. The government could use the state police's special operations group (SOG) report submitted to the home department to cancel the hiring test, sources said to TOI on Tuesday. Adani Enterprises Ltd.’s maiden bond issuance targeted at individual investors opens for subscription Wednesday as the conglomerate seeks to diversify its funding base following a brutal short seller attack last year. The flagship firm of Indian billionaire Gautam Adani’s group plans to raise as much as 8 billion rupees ($95.3 million) through the issuance where 60% of the amount is reserved for high networth and retail individuals, according to its prospectus. Another 30% is for non-institutional investors such as corporates, while the remaining 10% is for institutional buyers.

Adani Green Energy, the renewables arm of the Adani Group, plans to redeem $750 million in bonds due on September 9, which has led yields to drop 60 basis points to 6.22%. The redemption will be financed through a mix of internal accruals, a $300 million infusion from strategic partner Total Energies (which holds a 19.75% stake), and $281 million from the promoters.
