UPS Action wellness Diversity reports recommendations rights Issue of lateral entry into civil services has always been a knotty one
constitutional mandates was also a concern that weighed heavily on the Second Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) report of 2005 and is reflected in its 10th report titled — 'Refurbishing of Personnel Administration & Scaling New Heights'. The report reads how (senior executive system) SES — a western model — that draws the best talent from both the public and the private sector has its advantages; it may also have 'disadvantages specific to India'. Socio-cultural diversity apart, the report points to «the possible adverse impact of such recruitment (if done on a large scale) on the constitutional mandate for affirmative action as a result of the creation of a new recruitment channel at a senior level» besides conflict-of-interest concerns, lack of sufficient talent in the private sector and operational difficulties. Nevertheless, the Second ARC did recommend lateral entry from both — other services as well as private sector — preferably at no less than the additional secretary level for areas of expertise.

Remark President concert inclusion reports CNN’s S.E. Cupp slams Bill Clinton’s role at DNC, demands greater transparency from Kamala Harris
Bill Clinton's inclusion in the Democratic National Convention (DNC) program has drawn harsh criticism from CNN commentator S.E. Cupp. Recognized for her candidacies, Cupp called Clinton's endorsement of decency a «bad look» for a party. She demanded that Clinton be excluded from all next conventions and questioned the purpose of having him there, considering that he had attended every DNC since he became president, as per the reports of Yahoo news. Cupp's critique emerged following comments from Kate Bedingfield, former White House communications director, who noted that President Joe Biden would focus on decency during his speech at the convention. Cupp took this opportunity to express her disagreement, stating that Clinton's ongoing presence at these events undermines the Democratic Party’s image. community performer stage Olympics reports Sporting Who is Raygun, the Olympian who has divided the breaking world?
Raygun, also known as Rachael Gunn, was under heavy criticism recently following her Olympic performances in Paris. Australian university lecturer, 36, participated in the breaking (breakdancing) competition, but her outrageous performance choices and manner drew a lot of criticism. Her routines, which included moves like the sprinkler and kangaroo-inspired hops, were heavily criticized online. This reaction had significant effects on the small but passionate hip-hop community in Australia, as per the reports of Yahoo sports. Within the Australian breaking scene, the backlash against Raygun caused a stir. Many thought her performance fell short of the high expectations they have for someone performing on such a big stage. Australian hip-hop pioneer Spice said that the unfavorable press appeared to be pushing their local scene back and questioned the expectations for Olympic representation. In spite of the criticism, several in the community stood up for Raygun, saying that any objective assessment of her work was eclipsed by the harsh criticism coming from all around the world.
