NCC shares jumped 5% to Rs 318 in Friday's trade on BSE after the company secured an order worth Rs 3,389.49 crore from Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority, Department of WR, RD & GR, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India. “We are pleased to inform that, the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated November 28, 2024 from Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority regarding selection of the Company as the successful bidder for the EPC execution of Daudhan Dam under Ken-Betwa Link Project," said in an exchange filing.

LTIMindtree Ltd. 1.08 per cent to Rs 6223.45 in Friday's trade. It hit a high of Rs 6250.00 and low of Rs 6133.60 during the session. On the technical charts, the 200-DMA of the stock stood at Rs 5480.52, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 6100.29. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward. On the other hand, if the stock trades below 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it is considered a bearish trend and if trades between these averages, then it suggests the stock can go either way.

Hemant Soren announced that his government would take legal action to realise its Rs 1.36 lakh-crore coal dues from the Centre. Soren took oath as the chief minister on Thursday. «Legal action will be initiated to realise Rs 1.36 lakh crore of the state pending with the Centre,» Soren told the media while briefing the decisions of the maiden cabinet meeting of his present government. The announcement came barely 25 days after he requested the Centre «with folded hands» to clear the coal dues to the state.

The twin-engine Su-30MKI are due for upgrade to enhance their operational lives. Recently, HAL secured a contract worth ₹26,000 crore (about $3.1 billion) for the supply of 240 AL-31FP engines for Su-30MKI fighter jets, which are integral to India's air force fleet.

Godrej Enterprises Group (GEG) will intensify its focus on exports to strengthen its global presence, while continuing to aggressively pursue growth in both consumer and industrial businesses within India, its chairman Jamshyd Godrej said in an exclusive interaction with ET on Thursday. «We would like to deepen whatever we do in appliances and furniture as well as in our industrial group… We do see a good amount of growth in export-both for our consumer-facing goods as well as our industrial group,» Godrej said. «We are actively expanding into new markets like automotive, warehousing, security and aerospace. Despite geopolitical challenges, we remain committed to sustained growth through diversification and geographic expansion,» he added. The group's exports have steadily increased to ₹139 crore in FY24 and are projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20-25% till FY27, Godrej said. «Our strong international presence, primarily in the PED (process equipment division) business, drives this growth,» he said.

Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze is in discussions to raise a $25 million pre-IPO round as it prepares for a public listing next year. The company had recently secured $8 million (about '67 crore) in funding. «Incuspaze plans to acquire another 2 million sq ft by investing '100 crore by the end of December 2025. On the back of growing demand for flex spaces, Incuspaze is focusing on the development of new centres across Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad,» said a person aware of the development.
