Provident BLOCK Reuters Aviat Airlines show Go First lessor seeks replacement of parts 'robbed' from grounded planes in India
India's bankrupt Go First airline to replace «robbed» parts from its leased jets and allow it to appoint round the clock security to guard grounded aircraft, the latest escalation in efforts to reclaim its Airbus planes. The plea, detailed in a Sept 1 non-public court filing at the Delhi High Court which Reuters has reviewed, comes weeks after ACG Aircraft Leasing found critical parts, including fan blades and escape slides, missing from at least two of the four planes it has leased to Go First. Go First has been locked in legal disputes with many of its foreign lessors since being granted bankruptcy protection in India in May. Bankruptcy froze its assets and has prohibited the recovery of more than 50 grounded Airbus planes. But plane parts went missing, ACG said, and lessors have so far unsuccessfully argued in Indian courts to get their planes back despite raising fears about cannibalisation of aircraft. Currently, lessors can only occasionally inspect Go planes.

show European stocks extend losses as slowdown, rate jitters weigh
global growth and higher crude prices spurring inflationary pressures dented sentiment. The pan-European STOXX 600 index slipped 0.6% to hit its lowest level in more than a week. The global mood soured as Brent crude prices jumped to over $90 a barrel on Tuesday after Saudi Arabia and Russia extended their voluntary supply cuts to year end, fuelling worries about persistent price pressures. While oil prices pulled back slightly, government bond yields continued to rise, with the German 10-year yield surging to a two-week high at 2.65%. «Energy prices are big inflationary drivers, and just at the time when the price spiral appears to be moving more obediently downwards, high crude prices could cause upset,» noted Susannah Streeter, head of money and markets at Hargreaves Lansdown. The weak sentiment from August spilled into this month on worries about how long the major central banks will keep interest rates elevated amid fresh signs of weakness in Chinese and European economies. Investors betting against a European Central Bank interest rate increase next week could be underestimating the likelihood of it happening, the ECB's governing council member Klaas Knot told Bloomberg.Money market futures imply traders are pricing in only a 33% chance that the ECB will hike rates by 25 basis points at the central bank's Sept.

Waves Mobile Vodafone band show country Jio writes to Trai, seeks flexible use of satellite spectrum
Reliance Jio has shared with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) a recent decision taken by New Zealand government allowing use of 24-30 GHz spectrum, part of Ka band, for satellite and mobile services to highlight its point. Jio has stressed that the suggestion for flexible use of spectrum is based upon the latest changes in technology and standards which have allowed the creation of integrated and converged networks. As per Trai’s consultation paper on assignment of spectrum for space-based communication services, Ku band ranges from 10 GHz to 15 GHz while Ka band ranges from 17 GHz to 31 GHz. As per Jio, the New Zealand government has agreed to allocate 24.25-27.5 GHz primarily for mobile use, with an option to include some satellite services in some areas. Bands in the 27.5-28.35 GHz range are to be shared for mobile and satellite services while 28.35-29.5 GHz to be allocated for satellite services with the option to include some mobile use. “The above decisions clearly show that the New Zealand government has recognised the need for flexible use of spectrum in the wake of imminent technological convergence in telecommunication networks under integrated and converged satellite and terrestrial networks,” Jio said in a letter dated September 5 to Trai chairman PD Vaghela. As per Trai, Ku band can be used for both fixed satellite services and mobile satellite services.

UPS Digital NIFTY show classical NOT If largecaps start catching up, the broad market may not cool off immediately: Rohit Srivastava
Rohit Srivastava, Founder & Market Strategist, Indiacharts.com, says “if you look at both daily and weekly charts, the smallcap index has like an 86 reading on the daily chart, it can appear high. But in extended moves, these readings can remain there for a prolonged period of time. So I will give it a while. I think there is a need for some kind of a pullback which may not happen immediately. So I will push it forward till the largecaps really catch up.”We are headed to 20,000 but it looks like we have hit a break as far as the last 1-2 hours are concerned. Do you still believe that the rally to 20,000 is intact and likely to happen in September itself?Yes, that remains my view. In the short-term intraday, we are just going to be watching 19,530. What is important about 19,530 is not just the 20-hour average but also if we take the last two highs from where the market sold off and drew a trend line, that support also comes in at around 19,530. That is sort of a breakout point that will get retested between 19,530 and 19,520.
