He’s 25 and full of jokes. Can he troll his way to the top of the fashion world?
Trevor Gorji has jokes. Over the past several years, through his puckish clothing brand Fugazi, Gorji, 25, has made a Jordan-lookalike sneaker that swapped the Swoosh for a revolver. He’s made shirts with “Willful Infringement" embroidered along the back in reference to trademark lawsuits and made sherpa hoodies with wrong-looking zig-zaggy zippers.

Here's why EC asked AAP to change it poll campaign song
Election Commission of India (ECI) has instructed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to revise its election campaign song to comply with Advertising Codes. This directive comes in response to the ECI's objection to the phrase «jail ke jawaab me hum vote denge» and a visual depicting a mob holding a photo of Arvind Kejriwal behind bars, which the ECI believes casts aspersions on the Judiciary. In a statement, the ECI clarified its stance, saying, «The phrase 'jail ke jawaab me hum vote denge' showing an aggressive mob holding the photo of Arvind Kejriwal showing him behind bars, casts aspersions on the Judiciary.» The ECI further noted that the repeated use of this phrase in the advertisement violates the provisions of ECI Guidelines and Rule 6(1)(g) of Programme and Advertising Codes prescribed under the Cable Television Network Rules, 1994. However, the AAP has defended its campaign song, arguing that it does not target the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and does not contravene the Model Code of Conduct. Atishi, a senior AAP leader, highlighted during a press conference that the song includes factual videos and incidents.

equity indices experienced a decline on Friday, primarily due to weakness in the financial sector. However, these losses did not overshadow the weekly gains, which were fueled by a post-results rally in key index constituents and reduced concerns regarding the Middle East. The NSE Nifty 50 was down 0.67% to 22,420, on the day, while the S&P BSE Sensex shed 0.82% to 73,730. Both the indexes snapped a five-day winning streak. The Beatles' 'Let It Be' docuseries makes a comeback after 54 years
Peter Jackson's sprawling and vibrant Beatles docuseries, «The Beatles: Get Back,» streamed on Disney+ to nearly universal acclaim. The three-part epic, which ran nearly eight hours, captured the drama and frenzy as John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr recorded, over the pressure-filled month of January 1969, what would become the last album that the Beatles released, "Let It Be." As fans were well aware, Jackson's series was culled from nearly 60 hours of behind-the-scenes footage originally shot by the director Michael Lindsay-Hogg for «Let It Be,» his little-seen, though often dismissed, 1970 documentary about those recording sessions. After its initial theatrical run, Lindsay-Hogg's film largely disappeared for more than a half-century with the exception of low-quality VHS versions and bootlegs. Fans tend to remember it as an intriguing historical document capturing the late-stage creative flights of a seismic musical force, but also as a divorce proceeding of sorts, with stark moments of internal discord as the band hurtled toward a nasty split.

AAP claims Election Commission has banned party's Lok Sabha poll campaign song
AAP on Sunday claimed the Election Commission (EC) has imposed a ban on the party's Lok Sabha campaign song, 'Jail ke jawab mein hum vote denge', stating that it shows the ruling BJP and central investigation agencies in a bad light. There was no immediate response from the poll panel to the AAP's claim. Addressing a press conference, senior AAP leader Atishi said, «It is probably the first time that the EC has imposed a ban on a party's campaign song.» According to the EC, she said, the song shows the ruling party and investigation agencies in a bad light.

Lost opportunity for Tata car plant at Singur continues to dominate poll narrative in Hooghly
industrialisation still remains a key issue in the Hooghly Lok Sabha constituency where two cine stars, contesting on TMC and BJP tickets, pledge to revive industry in the region. Hooghly district, home to Singur area, rose to national prominence in 2006-2007 due to the anti-land acquisition movement against the erstwhile Left Front government that eventually caused the regime's downfall, catapulting agitating TMC to power in the state. But even after 16 years, the issue of the lost opportunity of industrialisation continues to dominate poll narratives of all parties in the fray. TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee has fielded political greenhorn Rachana Banerjee, the charismatic host of the long-running hit TV show 'Didi No 1', to challenge the incumbent MP and noted actor Locket Chatterjee, representing the BJP.
