Mumbai: Ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup semifinal against New Zealand, Indian captain Rohit Sharma acknowledged the inherent pressure in every World Cup match. He said that his team's focus is on putting aside external factors and concentrating on the game and the present moment. India will take on New Zealand in the first semifinal of the ICC Cricket World Cup at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Wednesday. As Kiwi aim to secure their third consecutive World Cup final appearance after 2015 and 2019, India is determined to overcome the knockout barrier that has eluded them since their last major ICC title in 2013.

India vs New Zealand: ‘Bowling second will…’: Sunil Gavaskar's advice to Indian side ahead of World Cup semifinal clash
ICC World Cup 2023 at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. “If India is defending a total bowling second, I do believe that will help also because there is scoreboard pressure, you might not be able to get 400 but 260 or 270, that will put pressure on New Zealand," Gavaskar said, while speaking at Star Sports show ‘Game Plan’. Also Read: India vs New Zealand: Here's how toss can become ‘deciding’ factor at ICC World Cup 2023 semi-finals The batting maestro, however, also noted that with the kind of “good" bowling attack that India has, “it doesn't really matter if they are bowling first or bowling second".

Retail surge drives NSE delivery volumes to six-year high
₹3.92 trillion against traded value of ₹15.03 trillion. “The rising SIP inflow, which tends to be sticky, and increased direct retail participation are fuelling delivery value, which shows the markets are getting deeper," said Shankar Sharma, founder of GQuant Investech, a wealth management company. Sharma expects the uptrend to continue as long as US interest rates are steady and the war in West Asia doesn’t snowball into a regional conflict, which could send oil prices spiralling.

Why did Logan Paul take WWE United States Championship to a pawn shop?
Logan Paul tried to pawn off his WWE United States Championship, which he had won just some days ago for $100,000. Logan had shared of him visiting what seems like a pawn shop and enquiring about how much he would get for the title. A behind-the-scenes video shared by Logan shows him visiting the shop and explaining that it was taken from Rey Mysterio, The owner of the shop after knowing about it immediately asked Logan whether he could buy it from him. The shop owner even wanted to click a photo with Logan wearing the belt so that he could send the photo of himself with the 28-year-old wrestler to his niece. Paul subtly suggested that he could offer the gold at a reasonable price when the pawn shopkeeper rightly inquired if it was available for purchase. Paul clarified that he obtained the belt from Rey Mysterio and was unaware of its history. The YouTuber turned wrestler defeated the legendary Rey Mysterio on 4 November at the WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. In another video clip, Logan was looking unimpressed and offended at the pawn shop where he had taken a $500k Golden Prime bottle. At the shop, the influencer was not even offered anywhere near the amount. Logan had earlier this week claimed that the company had made a whopping $1.2 billion this year and had launched a competition for celebrating their billionth bottle for selling. Logan launched the challenge in London and New York for fans to win the gold bottle which he claimed to his fans to be $500k. Paul has been trying to sell the special bottle but a video that has been uploaded online is showing Logan upset by the offer by a pawnbroker. Meanwhile, the YouTuber star was offered just $25,000 by the pawnbroker for the glittering bottle.
