Some people are investing around Rs 1,00,000 and some people would be putting around Rs 500 to Rs 600 per month. The average, as I said, is derived and works out to around Rs 2,500. But this number is also growing. One year back, it was around Rs 2,200, today it is Rs 2,500. IT services company LTIMindtree informed it has received a stay order from the Karnataka High Court on a Goods and Services Tax (GST) notice worth Rs 378 crore received by the company. “High Court has stayed the proceedings pursuant to above Show Cause Notice till the next date of hearing, which is yet to be notified,” the Mumbai-based IT major said in a regulatory filing. In April, a show cause notice was filed by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, against LTIMindtree, country’s sixth largest IT major, for alleged non-payment of Integrated Goods and Services Tax on export turnover towards service provided to clients abroad.
