Sale of Apple's iPhone 15 is estimated to have registered a 100% growth compared to that of iPhone 14 series on the first day with high demand for made-in-India iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models, according to industry sources. Apple has, for the first time, made available 'made-in-India iPhone on the same day it started selling the devices in the country and other parts of the globe. «Till evening, 6 pm IST, the sales of iPhone 15 series have recorded over 100% growth on Day 1 compared to the sale of iPhone 14. There are long queues everywhere and more people have started coming after their office hours,» an industry source, who did not wish to be identified, told PTI.

The October gold futures had ended with gains of Rs 11 or 0.02% per 10 gram at Rs 59270 on Tuesday while the December Silver futures closed lower at Rs 72,550, down by Rs 20 per kg or 0.03% on a holiday curtailed trading session.

Analyst Neha Qureshi, who is Senior Technical & Derivative Analyst at Anand Rathi Commodities & Currencies added that the gold (October) appeared to be shaping a W-pattern breakout on the daily chart with the neckline at the Rs 59,670 level. This pattern suggests a potential bullish trend in the market, she said, adding that gold is currently trading above its 50-day and 100-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMA), indicating positive momentum. She sees key resistance levels at Rs 59,300-59,670 while important support levels at approximately Rs 58,670-58,275.
