heart attack while dancing in Telangana. As per reports, the student named G Pradeepthi suddenly collapsed while dancing at a college freshers' party in Karimnagar district of Telangana. Later doctors said that the first-year student in Intermediate had suffered a heart attack.
Pradeepthi, hailing from Venkatayapalli village, had a pre-existing heart condition — she was born with a heart defect and had received medical attention for it during her childhood. Despite her ailment, she actively participated in the freshers' day event at the Telangana State Model School and Junior College in Nyalakondannapally, Gangadhara mandal. After around thirty minutes of dancing, Pradeepthi suddenly collapsed onto the floor.
The college staff promptly administered CPR and rushed her to the nearby primary health centre in Gangadhara. However, her condition deteriorated rapidly, prompting the family to make arrangements for her transfer to Karimnagar. Tragically, Pradeepthi's life ended while she was being transported in an ambulance.
The grieving mother, Gundu Sarada, shared that when Pradeepthi was a child, doctors had assessed her heart condition and determined that surgery was not an option. One of the students from the college recounted that Pradeepthi had taken a break from dancing and was sitting down before collapsing. The incident serves as a sombre reminder of the unpredictability of health issues and their potential consequences.
The loss of G Pradeepthi highlights the importance of vigilance, timely medical care, and awareness of existing health conditions, especially in the context of energetic activities like dancing.
