Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN) declined 3.6% after it announced plans to offer $1 billion of Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 in a private offering.

Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ:RXT) declined 8% after it issued guidance for the first quarter that trailed estimates.

Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) declined 1% after a report said the Pentagon scrapped a plan to spend $2.5 billion on a chip grant, forcing the Commerce Department to make up for the shortfall.

Minim, Inc (MINM) climbed 80% after it announced a merger agreement with privately held e2Companies.

Purple Innovation (NASDAQ:PRPL) gained after it reported fourth quarter EPS that topped consensus and issued full year revenue guidance that was better than expected at the midpoint.
