Kanye West, who has been in the headlines after his wife Bianca Censori work a see-through outfit at the 67th Grammy Awards, has called on US President Donald Trump to secure the release of Sean «Diddy» Combs. Sean Combs, a US rapper, was arrested in September last year after being charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is accused of kidnapping, drugging and coercing women into sexual activities, sometimes by using firearms or threatening them with violence.

Kanye West, who also goes by the name Ye, made his plea in a social media post, and wrote, "@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF." His message comes as he recently followed Combs on Instagram, alongside only his wife, Bianca Censori. This is a turnaround from last week, when Ye reshared a post stating that he only follows, Taylor Swift.
Ye also aimed Hollywood A-listers and shared an Instagram video of a FaceTime call with Diddy’s son, Christian, doubling down on his plea. West’s appeal to Trump comes after the President’s sweeping pardon of nearly 1,500 January 6th defendants.
